Kicking off the show this week is Divided By Design and the return of a new album titled The fear of being forgotten due for release on 10th February 2023
It’s always nice to have an artist or band come back to me and ask if I will listen to the new project they have been working on.

The fear of being forgotten is another instrumental album from Divided By design and to be honest I kind of always seem to struggle with these albums, what I will say is the latest offering from Divided By Design is nothing short of magical some lovely soundscapes of music are presented to the listener and offer the idea of going on a concept about the beginning of life, this journey is achieved by due by offering some brutal riffs and mind-blowing guitar solos. Overall, The fear of being is forgotten and is nothing short of amazing with these wonderful riffs and stunning sounds.

I will start with the following quote

I can safely safe if you’re a fan of HIM this record will not disappointment as their classics sounds and themes from Ville Valo, from cleverly worded lyrics such as the lyric is the forever lost (. moon dial up sun dial down) to soaring melodic chorus that will have you humming alone.

all of this is pieced together in these huge beautiful mesmerizing soundscapes vertigo eyes is the perfect example of this.

In closing HIM may have been gone for the past five years, but, it’s so good to have Ville Valo still humming and strumming on his guitar.

There is still such love for Ville Valo, the key with Neon Noir is it’s not a HIM album it’s a Ville Valo album

Flipside has elements of pop punk/ rock it’s a track you can really enjoy and the theme of the song is great, I think the ingredients are there for this track but I would have like to have seen the track a little tighter, a bit more power/temp behind it and them vocals just a little tighter, as I say it’s a good track and the right things are there so I don’t want to see like I am slamming the song let me know your thoughts. Closing out the show is Ville Valo and his brand new single The forever lost taken from his debut solo album Neon Noir out January 13^th 2023

This initially pulls you in with that little dance on the keyboard and then some really punchy driven guitars all met with the first 50 seconds of that voice we all know and love.

The Forever lost has it all changes in tempo, soaring vocals and hooks a real punch to this I love the production especially in the chorus with the vocals, and I cannot wait for the album wake me up when its January 2023
